Why I wrote this ebook

  • Pain is Complex

Whilst your pain is often felt physically, the root cause of it can be something that stems from many areas of our lives. This book dives into the nuances of pain and helps to shine a light on some areas.

  • To Educate

By learning a little bit more about why you might be in pain and giving you some free tools to fix this, you’ll be in a better position if you ever encounter it again going forwards. (Hopefully not!)

  • To save you money

Temporary release work doesn’t always work. I have a circle of Osteos and physios that I trust, but like trainers, many are not up to scratch. Any good osteo or physio will know that ultimately it’s my job to make sure you don’t ned to see them. And if you do, what to look for in a good practitioner.

  • Because pain is emotional

My journey through pain has been horrible. conflicting advice, multiple injuries, depression and anxiety all rooting from not knowing how to solve the issue at hand. So I studied it, and harnessed that information and vowed to help as many as I could, so that you could avoid that journey.
